Welcome to Main Event Exterior Defense. By requesting our services, accepting an estimate, or allowing us to perform work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Work

The services to be performed are limited to those listed in the approved estimate or contract. Any additional work requested after the agreement has been accepted may require a written change order and may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the condition of the surfaces at the time the estimate is prepared. If unforeseen conditions are discovered before or during the project, additional charges may apply after customer approval.

3. Scheduling

We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, scheduling may be affected by weather, equipment issues, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to reschedule services when necessary.

4. Weather Conditions

Applying products require suitable weather conditions for proper application and curing. If weather conditions are unfavorable, work may be postponed until conditions improve. This decision will be made solely by our company to ensure the highest quality results.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

* Provide clear access to all work areas.

* Remove vehicles, furniture, planters, decorations, and other personal property from the work area before our arrival.

* Keep children and pets away from the work area during service and for the recommended curing period.

* Notify us of any known issues with the surface, including previous sealers, repairs, or structural damage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible work areas.

6. Surface Condition

While every effort is made to improve and protect your surfaces, applying protectant will not repair structural damage, cracks, spalling, settling, stains, discoloration, or existing deterioration. Results may vary depending on the age, condition, porosity, and previous treatments of the surface.

7. Drying and Curing

Customers agree to follow all after-care instructions provided. Walking or driving on treated surfaces before the recommended curing time may damage the finish and void any applicable warranty.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

* Cash

* Check

* Credit or debit card

* Electronic payment

Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate allowed by law, along with reasonable collection costs.

9. Deposits

A 50% deposit is required in order to schedule a date of installation.

10. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to losing the deposit amount.

11. Warranty

We warrant that our workmanship will be performed in a professional manner using quality materials.

Due to factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee:

* How long the product will last.

* Protection against future staining.

* Prevention of cracking, shifting, or weather-related damage.

* Uniform appearance on previously damaged or repaired surfaces.

Any warranty applies only to workmanship and does not cover damage caused by weather, improper maintenance, abuse, chemical exposure, flooding, snow removal equipment, de-icing salts, or acts of nature.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, business interruption, or property value.

13. Property Damage

Customers should report any concerns within 48 hours of project completion. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or deterioration that becomes visible after cleaning or applying protectant.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, labor shortages, supplier delays, government actions, or equipment failures.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Arizona.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed estimate, proposal, or invoice, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Main Event Exterior Defense, LLC and supersede any prior discussions or agreements.

17. Acceptance

By accepting an estimate, signing a proposal, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
